Mateusz Wójcicki Numismatic Salon Sp. z o. o. (wojcicki.pl) would like to inform you about a situation that may be misleading to our customers.
What is it about?
In October 2025, we found that Google Ads was displaying ads containing our "Wojcicki.pl" and "Wojcicki Dom Aukcyjny" tags, which, however, led to the website of the competing company niemczyk.pl, and not to wojcicki.pl.
Examples
The ads were displayed for searches such as: "wojcicki skup monet", "wojcicki.pl skup monet", "wojcicki skup numismatów". The content of the ads themselves included phrases such as "Wojcicki.pl", "Wojcicki.pl | The highest prices in Poland" or "Wojcicki.pl | Free numismatic valuations".
Evidence
On October 27, 2025, we secured evidence of the violations in the form of a notarial report. In the presence of the notary, Google searches were conducted, revealing the systematic display of ads featuring our logo and containing links to the website niemczyk.pl.
What we did
On October 28, 2025, we sent a pre-litigation summons to Antykwariat Numizmatyczny niemczyk.pl demanding that it cease its violations and publish an apology.
On November 12, 2025, we received a response from Antykwariat Numizmatyczny niemczyk.pl, which denies intentionally using our logos in its advertising, but also admits that ads with our logos were actually displayed. It attributed this to "automatic Google mechanisms" and "marginal incidents." It confirmed that, after our request, it "manually eliminated keywords" containing our logos. However, it refused to apologize or offer any other form of compensation.
Our rating
Regardless of whether the violations were intentional or resulted from improperly configured advertising campaigns, the fact remains that for a long time, customers seeking our services were directed to a competing company. The notarial report documents that these were not "marginal incidents" but rather systematic advertising. Niemczyk.pl has not apologized for misleading customers and has not offered any form of compensation.
Due to the current situation, we ask customers to exercise caution:
